Who we are

THIRD EYE CONSULTING WAS FOUNDED IN 2017 WITH A SINGLE MISSION:
TO BRING SENIOR MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE AND WORLDWIDE EXPERIENCE TO SOUTH AFRICAN SMALL AND MEDIUM FMCG BUSINESSES - AND ALLIED SERVICES.

We are experienced business people.

We are NOT accountants (although they obviously have their place ;) ).

We provide practical solutions from the experience of running our own businesses for 30 years.

We are not corporate.

We speak plain language, no acronyms (except FMCG :) ), no abbreviations, no meetings about meetings.

Just years of experience that can provide hands-on practical solutions to the issues faced by business owners every day.

We understand what is important and what can wait, what is going to make a real difference and what is 'a nice to have'.

FLOURISHED IN EXTREMELY CROWDED MARKET

Managed all functions of the Brewery and grew it to be second-largest craft brewery in Africa in two years.
This included sales and operational planning, key accounting, investor & DTI funding, installing draft beer taps in over 2,000 outlets.

SECOND HAND CLOTHING SUCCESS

Helped Resale Therapy with full back-office support and business advice allowing their second hand clothing store and their passion for fashion and exceptional customer service to shine.
The combination has resulted in a ten-fold increase in sales, an online presence on multiple platforms and a much larger retail store.

SUPER PREMIUM SA VODKA

From scratch, we developed a range of 3 vodkas, each made from a different South African ingredient - Chenin Blanc, Merlot & Single malt.
All three won international awards, including "Best Vodka" in 2017.

We presented and sold a range of African food and drink products to importers, distributors, supermarket sand specialist retailers - in 14 European countries and the United States.

UTILISE THE BEST & MOST CONVENIENT

Specialist contract packers were used in various countries to make use of the best available packaging, pack sizes, bottle types, filling temperatures, increase shelf-life, reduce stockholding and increase profit margin.

GET POPIA COMPLIANT

All companies are required by law to appoint an Information Officer under the Protection of Personal Information Act. This is automatically the CEO or MD unless otherwise appointed. The fine for non-compliance is a huge fine or jail time. We have saved many an MD this hassle and potential embarrassment.
